Is it possible to create an alias for git tf commands?
I want to alias
git tf checkin --no-metadata
git tf push.

Unfortunately, Git-TF does not have its own aliasing feature. However you might be satisfied (to some degree :-)) with the Git alias, e.g.
git config --global alias.tfpush 'tf checkin --no-metadata'
git tfpush
BTW, --no-metadata is the default for the git-tf checkin command. that could be overridden in git config file. Do you mean that you wish to define --metadata in the config file, but have a convenient ability to override that in some cases?

Thanks for the tip. I didn't know no-metadata is the default one so I guess, I'll just stop passing it as a parameter then ;)
